Henry “Box” Brown Day 2025

Even small children know the story of Henry “Box” Brown, but few know seen the heartrending reasons that led to his desperate escape. Historical actor Barry Moore will bring Mr. Brown to life during a special appearance. Also, Lawnside resident Thomas Flack will be honored for carefully crafting a replica of the famed box, which is on display at the Mott House.
