Celebrate the Mott House’s 25th Anniversary

October 24, 2026 @ 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT

Join the Lawnside Historical Society at the Peter Mott House as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Opening Day of the Mott with a plaque installation. Enjoy food, music, UGRR themed games, movies and prizes for all ages.

The Mott House was opened to the public on Oct. 13, 2001, after nine years of restoration work and constant fund raising.  Major funders were the New Jersey Historic Trust, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and the Camden County Open Space, Recreation, Farmland, and Historic Preservation Trust Fund. The borough of Lawnside and local corporations, organizations and individuals made it possible. The celebration is part of Camden County History Month activities held in October.

Location: The Peter Mott House, 26 Kings Court, Lawnside, NJ
